Step Back in Time: Silent Film Festival with Live Organ Accompaniment!

Experience the magic of the silver screen as it was meant to be seen! This festival brings classic silent films to life with thrilling live accompaniment by Brent Douglas, talented organist and Conductor of The Venice Chorale. Witness the power of silent cinema, where emotions flicker across the screen and the evocative music creates a truly immersive experience. Featuring films from Buster Keaton, Laurel and Hardy, and more, the lineup includes “A Trip to the Moon” (1902), “The Great Train Robbery” (1903), “Haunted House” (1921), “Balloonatic” (1923), and “Habeas Corpus” (1928). The Lowrey Imperial Virtual Orchestra Organ will provide the music.

Narrated by the talented actor Courtney Elvira, she’ll lead you through the afternoon with witty quips and engaging insights into each film, turning the entire experience into an unforgettable, thoroughly entertaining adventure!
