Our volunteers are an essential and integral component of the Venice Institute for Performing Arts. From assisting with administrative duties to working on productions, every volunteer is part of the VIPA Cast, creating an experience for each and every patron.

We have made a commitment to our volunteers, giving them the training, attention, and freedom to be successful participants of every facet of the organization. The Venice Institute for Performing Arts is proud to have a 5 year Volunteer Strategy and Action Plan, this document will be the foundation to how the volunteer program will be organized and ensure complete transparency about the program.

To become a volunteer please sign up for an orientation below. After the orientation and a background check is completed, the volunteer will be able to sign up for shifts.
