Bring a new toy or make a donation, and enjoy holiday hot chocolate and cider at select VPAC shows—courtesy of VIPA and Venice PD’s Blue Santa Toy Drive—while supporting local families.
The Venice Institute for Performing Arts (VIPA) is proud to announce a season of festive events designed to bring the community together in support of local families in need. Throughout select performances this holiday season, we will offer complimentary hot chocolate and cider to audience members who donate new, unwrapped toys. Monetary contributions will also be accepted, with all proceeds benefiting the Venice Police Department’s Blue Santa initiative to provide grocery gift cards to local families.
VPAC invites patrons to bring new, unwrapped toys to any of the events listed. In appreciation, each donor will receive a complimentary hot chocolate or cider for every toy contributed. Financial donations are also welcome and will be used by Venice Police Department officers to purchase grocery gift cards for participating families.
Hot chocolate and cider will be available at the following VPAC events:
- Nightbird – November 23
- Venice Concert Band: Holiday Slendor – December 8
- The Venice Chorale: Classically Christmas – December 15
- Caroling with the Carillon – December 17 (hot chocolate only)
